At 12:36 on April 2nd, with a long whistle from the lifting command, the rotor of Unit 2, weighing 52 tons and 11 meters in length, was successfully pulled out, marking an important milestone in the A-level maintenance of Unit 2 of Shaanxi Coal Information and Power Company and entering a critical stage of generator maintenance.

The rotor extraction work of the generator is a crucial part of the disassembly and maintenance of the generator, with complex professional skills and high operational difficulty. In order to successfully complete the rotor extraction work of the generator, the company organized a special meeting with relevant specialties and inspection units, formulated a special work plan, carefully checked the preparation work before rotor extraction, carefully inspected the special tools such as cranes and lifting, and accepted them as qualified.

At the same time, comprehensively identify the hazardous points that exist during the operation process and develop corresponding measures, and organize maintenance personnel to conduct on-site safety and technical briefing. The company's leaders, safety supervision personnel, and management personnel from various departments are under full on-site supervision, constantly providing supervision and guidance, and making every effort to ensure the implementation of safety and technical measures.

During the process of rotor extraction, maintenance technicians closely monitor the process, continuously adjust the extraction amount and center position of the rotor. The workers at the generator turbine end and excitation end closely monitor the gap between the rotor and the stator winding during the rotor movement to ensure that there is no mutual collision or wear. Everyone performs their duties and works together, with each step being orderly and striving for excellence. The rotor, with the help of auxiliary devices such as false shafts, tracks, and counterweights, slowly moves outward from the stator bore under the traction of the crane.
